ASU-TV students, KAIT8, community volunteers combine efforts to raise $73,582 with UCP Telethon |

Students, faculty and staff from the College of Communications joined with KAIT8 personalities and community leaders January 27 in raising $73,581 to help local cerebral palsy patients.. KAIT, Channel 8, of Jonesboro aired the telethon, which was housed in ASU-TV's campus studio and was hosted by Doug Doggett (an ASU RTV alumnus), Diana Davis and Ryan Vaughan. College of Communications students, faculty and staff assisted with the production with students handling cameras, floor work, and control support. |
