Shipman teaches in SNPA Traveling Campus

Dr. Marlin Shipman, professor of journalism at Arkansas State University, explored "Improving Writing Skills" March 5 in the SNPA Foundation Traveling Campus program at the Arkansas Press Association headquarters in Little Rock.

Shipman is a former newspaper editor who has served newspapers as a writing coach. The session attracted 35 journalists. His session was one of 12 at the APA and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette during the three-day workshop. The workshop was cosponsored by the APA and the SNPA Foundation.
